Todd oversees the Field Support Mentoring Team to help develop and mentor auditors that are new or experienced. Todd began working with LAI in 2007 as a phone auditor while studying at Utah State University. Within a year, he was performing physical audits in UT, AZ, CA, ID, and NV. After graduating with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Todd moved to Arizona in 2009 to maintain the AZ and CA physical audit areas, as well as train and mentor new auditors. Todd has evolved from being a trainer to a field support mentor to director of Quality Assurance to his new role as director of Learning and Development.
Todd and his wife, Tanya, have two girls and two boys. They enjoy everything outdoors from competitive soccer, hiking, biking, and backpacking to landscaping, home improvements, and building furniture. They are also very involved in their church and enjoy volunteering their hours in that service.
